Wood Dresser

This wood dresser was the first dresser I ever built. With a mix of antique, mid-century modern, and boho, I wanted to make something unique. This project was the definition of trial and error.

The drawer handles are purple agate, which I have held on to for ten years. They moved with me throughout that time and into five different apartments over the course of their lifetime before they found their new home.

Combining the old and new brings me joy, reminding me that nothing in life needs to be permanent, we always have a choice.
